ABOUT BUSSINK
More than 100 successful BUSSINK® installations have been executed around the world, with all still operating today, quality for more than a lifetime!
Bussink got the idea to modernize the amusement park standard after designing a Giant Observation Wheel for Paris in 2000, as part of a celebration of the new millennium. Bussink recognized the potential to turn the wheels into a standalone attraction and soon began selling to governments and developers looking for a lucrative landmark.
Ronald Bussink, born in the city of The Hague in The Netherlands, has been professionally active in the amusement industry and the development of attractions since 1980, with over 10 world-wide Patents to his name for inventions and innovations for amusement rides. Listed 3 times in the Guinness World Records for the Evolution Ride, Top of The World Portable Observation Tower and the R80XL Giant Observation Wheel. Giant Observation Wheels became Bussink’s biggest passion and as he always says:
“I did not invent the wheel, but I did make it better!”.

GIVE FOR GOOD FOUNDATION
The Give for Good Foundation was founded in 2019 to make the world a bit of a better place. The Give for Good Foundation originated from the idea that funds which are donated to charity should always go directly to the charitable causes and project and not be spent on unnecessary overhead costs.
Turn for Good is a fundraising initiative for the Give for Good Foundation. We are proud to announce that a portion of each ticket that is sold at the Wheel of Brisbane will be donated to the Give for good Foundation.
